Dr. Tika Rai, with over two decades of experience in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (P3M), has successfully led and delivered complex projects in EdTech, wireless technology, and software development industries. His expertise includes designing interventions in the development space for which he consulted with organisations like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNESCAP, and INGO partners while based in Asia. Winner of the 2013 International Project Management Association’s Project Excellence Award in Gold and Green Project Management’s Most Sustainable Project of the Year in Silver categories, respectively, he is also a serial business entrepreneur to help upskill both individuals and organisations.

As a systems thinker, he currently serves as a board member of the Washington DC area local chapters of INCOSE and PMI with the goal of fostering collaborative efforts between Systems Engineering and P3M disciplines. He is an electrical engineer and a certified PMP®, PROSCI Practitioner®, and Systems Thinking Associate®.
