As Services Coordinator for the International Federation for Systems Research (IFSR), Louise plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication, organisation, and engagement across the global network. Her work focuses on coordinating administrative processes, liaising with members, supporting IFSR event planning, and maintaining up-to-date content across the IFSR website and internal communications. She ensures that members receive timely responses to inquiries, supports membership management, and helps streamline processes to enhance the overall member experience.

With over 20 years of experience working with communities in Dublin, Ireland, Louise brings a wealth of expertise in participatory processes, network development, and collaboration. Her background spans frontline service provision, research, policy development, and service development, particularly within addiction recovery and community support. Notably, she has led initiatives to co-create Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) in Ireland, fostering collaboration between service users, providers, and community agencies to co-create supportive recovery environments. Since 2020, Louise has been pursuing a PhD at Trinity College Dublin, focused on advancing the “system” with mothers in addiction recovery through action research and more specifically co-inquiry.
