As Community Curator for the International Federation for Systems Research (IFSR), Sebastian plays a central role in strengthening connections, amplifying member voices, and curating content. His work includes mapping relationships and themes within the network, coordinating liaison between Executive Committee and members, and co-facilitating the quarterly IFSR Conversations. He curates and produces the IFSR Quarterly newsletter, creates news content for the IFSR website and social media platforms, and develops campaigns around key themes such as the Global Problematique. 

With a passion for participatory networks and collaborative learning, Sebastian brings deep dedication to empowering members. His emphasis on weaving connections rather than merely managing them ensures the IFSR community thrives as an engaged, dynamic ecosystem, guided by shared purpose and mutual support.
